What is Roller Derby?
Roller derby is a high-energy, full-contact sport played on quad roller skates. It's a fast-paced and dynamic game that combines speed, strategy, and athleticism. Two teams of five players each compete against each other on an oval track, with one designated player from each team, known as the "jammer," scoring points by lapping members of the opposing team.
