What is Roller Derby?

Roller derby is a high-energy, full-contact sport played on quad roller skates. It's a fast-paced and dynamic game that combines speed, strategy, and athleticism. Two teams of five players each compete against each other on an oval track, with one designated player from each team, known as the "jammer," scoring points by lapping members of the opposing team.

But roller derby is more than just a sport; it's a vibrant community of diverse individuals who come together to skate, compete, and support each other. It's a place where teamwork, inclusivity, and empowerment thrive.

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a complete beginner, roller derby offers something for everyone. From adrenaline-pumping bouts to fun-filled training sessions, roller derby provides an exhilarating experience unlike any other.
